These Terms of Service govern your use of SomnoTrak, a product of GRAFX Group, Inc. By accessing or using SomnoTrak, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • Use SomnoTrak only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
  • Not interfere with or disrupt system integrity

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Misuse data or access accounts you do not own
  • Use SomnoTrak for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

SomnoTrak may be offered as a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges, unless you cancel.

  • Subscription terms (monthly or annual) and pricing are displayed at purchase
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings or other provided method
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or by the platform’s policies

Ring and Third-Party Devices

The SomnoTrak subscription is separate from any wearable device purchase. SomnoTrak may integrate with third-party devices and services. We are not responsible for third-party hardware, software, availability, or accuracy.

Accounts and Access

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time

Data and Privacy

Your use of SomnoTrak is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, and protected.

Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and branding are owned by GRAFX Group, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SomnoTrak for personal use only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SomnoTrak is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRAFX Group, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you, if any, for the service in the prior 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GRAFX Group, Inc. from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
